Investor Relations Best Practices Clients FAQs

Projects and Activities:

2001

Hally Enterprises, Inc., has played a key role in the re-launch and ongoing review of the new home web site for the world's largest aluminum company, Alcoa, Inc. (www.alcoa.com).

The revised site won immediate high praise -- both internally and externally (see www.lefile.com). Hally provided top-level strategic guidance along with a wide range of support and services in the planning and execution of the new site.

Details are listed in the Alcoa relationship discussion in this section of our web site.

Our custom audit and critique service has been applied to dozens of sites, including the global stock trading company, ITG Inc., which separately engaged Mike Reilly as an Investor Relations advisor.

Hally completed an assignment to assist Schering-Plough Inc. in refreshing the corporate web site, providing advice regarding selection of developers and strategic planning for the company's presence.

Due to the proprietary nature of the work, clients cannot be listed publicly. However Hally will provide select case histories in new business discussions.(Contact Information)

Hally President Mike Reilly authored a January 2001 article (www.prnewswire.com/irreview/html/010801.shtml) for PR Newswire, looking at the impact of new technology that is reshaping news, financial and other corporate communications. Hally provided strategic advice and counsel for PRN's Internet product, Virtual IQ, aimed at Investor Relations officers, which was well received with market acceptance.

Speaking and seminar engagements in 2001 mirrored many year 2000 events in New York Toronto, London, Pasadena and Las Vegas.

Early in the 2001, with the creation of a US arm of Makinson, Cowell Ltd., of London, Hally opened a new relationship, providing advice and counsel to the firm through its New York Office. Makinson (www.makinson-cowell.co.uk) is a specialist, independent consultancy that advises leading European companies on all aspects of their relationship with the financial community.
