Clients have been based in Texas, California, New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland, to name a few locales in the US. Other work has been done on the Internet presence of companies in the UK, Switzerland, Spain and France. But the real answer is -- we work in cyberspace. 4. How do you do the work? Since most of it is analytical and based on best practice in cyberspace, we work from anywhere, to anywhere. In one instance we worked for a Fortune 25 company interviewing a dozen other Fortune 25 companies. The individual client and the interviewees were never face-to-face with our staff -- it was all Internet and voice communications. The results helped transform a huge global companys way of using both Internet and Intranet communications. In another case, we combined "virtual work" with weekly face-to-face meetings with different client staffers in different locations over the life of the project.
